Current Offerings:
- Our SUMC Adult Sunday School Class is led by Kemp Wright on Sunday Mornings at 10:00 am in The JOY Room located behind the Narthex at the front entrance to the Sanctuary.They have started reading Rachel Billups’ An Unlikely Lent: Extraordinary People of the Easter Story. The resurrection was not witnessed in isolation. It unfolded before a crowd. Explore the lesser known Biblical characters who played a crucial role in Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection.
- The Men's Prayer Group is led by our Lay Leader, Sam Sweat every Monday at 7:00 am in the Fellowship Hall. This group invites all men of the church to gather for coffee, prayer, fellowship, accountability, support, and book studies. Join regularly or as your schedule allows.
Our Monday Morning Bible Study is led by Pastor Julie at 9:00 am in the JOY Room. They have begun a Lenten study entitled "Tell Me Something Good."
Our Wednesday Morning Bible Study is led by Pastor Julie at 10:00 am in the JOY Room. Please join us as we watch the hit series "House of David" to get a closer glimpse at the life and ministry of King David, starting with his humble beginnings as a shepherd boy, to the one who defeated Goliath, to the controversial King and writer of many Psalms. We'll watch an episode each week and discuss the similarities and differences to the scriptures. All are welcome.
Beginning February 25th at 6:45 pm, Rev. Stephen Soulen will lead a study based on Henri Nouwen’s "Reaching Out: The Three Movements of Spiritual Life," an insightful plan for a spiritual life as we seek union with God. All are welcome.
